Without limiting the generality of this paragraph, you irrevocably waive, in connection with any complaint arising under this Privacy Policy and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, each right to (1) commence any litigation or other proceeding against us in a court or other forum, except as expressly set forth permitted in this paragraph, (2) bring a class action or other similar proceeding against us, (3) a jury trial and (4) object to the venue for any arbitration set forth in this paragraph being inconvenient or otherwise inappropriate for resolving such complaint.
